If you’ve never been to Salon du Chocolat - the largest chocolate show in the world - it is ENORMOUS.
It can get very overwhelming and, whilst most stands offer samples, it's literally impossible to try from everywhere on one day without feeling sick / not being able to tell any quality difference anymore.
After requests last year, upon my return, I am offering a tour around the show to help make sure you taste the most delicious and/or unusual chocolate and spend your chocolate budget wisely.
You'll need to get yourself to Paris and get your own ticket to the show, but we can spend two hours together, I will take you to the things I think you must see and taste and you can ask me any questions.
I'll already have spent 8+ hours at the show in the days before and I know many producers from previous chocolate fairs so I'll have worked out the best route and let the businesses know we will be stopping by.
You can get Eurostar tickets here and look for hotels here on TripAdvisor (where I find the best deals).
